This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Growthr ("Growthr," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the interactive Growthr MPC emulator pages, together with all related features and functionality (collectively, the "Site"). The Site does not require You to register, create an account, or log in, and we do not request Your name, email address, telephone number, or payment information as a condition of using the Site. We do not ourselves collect or store personal information through the Site, except to the extent You voluntarily provide it by contacting us directly. Certain third party tools, described below, automatically collect technical and usage information when You access the Site.
When You access the Site, certain third party analytics and advertising tools may automatically collect technical and usage information, which may include Your internet protocol (IP) address, approximate location derived therefrom, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages and interface elements with which You interact, and the date and time of Your visit. These tools are Google Analytics 4 (aggregate traffic and usage measurement); the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the TikTok Pixel (advertising measurement and audience analytics); Microsoft Clarity (aggregate usage analytics and heatmaps); and Leadfeeder (identification of the business or organization associated with a visitor IP address, for business to business marketing). Each such provider acts as an independent controller with respect to the information it collects, and its collection and use of that information is governed by its own privacy policy, including without limitation the following:
The Site offers an optional hand tracking feature that is disabled until You affirmatively enable it and grant Your browser permission to access Your device camera. When enabled, the webcam input is processed in real time entirely within Your browser using Google MediaPipe. Such input remains on Your device and is not recorded, retained, uploaded, or transmitted to Growthr or to any third party. Disabling the feature or withdrawing camera permission ends the processing.
Information collected through the third party tools described above is used to measure the volume and nature of traffic to the Site, to understand which features Users engage with so that the Site may be maintained and improved, and to measure and improve our marketing.
The tools described above set cookies and employ similar technologies, including local storage and tracking pixels, to recognize Your browser and to measure activity over time and across services. You may control, restrict, or block cookies through Your browser settings, although doing so may affect the availability of certain functionality. You may also opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Depending upon Your jurisdiction of residence, You may be entitled to certain rights with respect to personal information relating to You. The Site is operated from the United States. If You access the Site from outside the United States, information collected by the tools described above may be processed in the United States or in other countries in which those providers or their service providers operate, where data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.
The Site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If You believe that a child has provided personal information in connection with the Site, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We do not ourselves retain personal information collected through the Site. The third party providers described above retain the information they collect in accordance with their own respective policies and retention practices.
We may amend this Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. Any amendment will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of an amended Policy constitutes Your acceptance thereof.
