Who we are
Growthr is a growth agency based in San Francisco, United States, with a fully remote team. These terms cover the public website at growthr.com and its subpages, and Growthr's SMS messaging program. Questions go to [email protected].
Using this site
You may read, share, and reference the content on growthr.com. You may not scrape it for resale, republish it as your own, attempt to break or overload the site, or use it to send unsolicited messages to anyone. Booking a call or submitting a form on the site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
Client engagements
Anything described on this site (services, scope, timelines, pricing) is a description, not an offer. Paid work between Growthr and a client is governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The Growthr name, logo, site design, written content, and case studies are owned by Growthr. Third-party names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify work our team has done; their appearance is not an endorsement.
SMS messaging program
Growthr operates an SMS messaging program for people who have given us their mobile number and explicitly agreed to receive text messages. The terms below apply to every message we send.
How you opt in
There are two ways to opt in, and both require you to check a box that is never pre-selected:
- Enter your mobile number on the SMS consent form at growthr.com/sms and check the consent box.
- Check the optional SMS consent box on the booking form at growthr.com/contact when you book a call.
The booking form asks for a mobile number so we can reach you about the call itself. Giving us that number is not consent to be texted; only checking the consent box is. Consent is never a condition of booking a call, of purchasing anything from Growthr, or of working with us, and you can book a call without checking it.
What we send
- Project and account status updates on active engagements.
- Scheduling and meeting confirmations, reminders, and reschedules.
- Replies to account and support questions you have asked us.
- Invoice and billing notifications.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or affiliate messages through this program, and we never text people who have not given us their number and their consent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. The program is conversational: how many messages you receive depends on the state of your project and how often you write to us. There is no fixed number of messages per week or month.
Cost
Growthr does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply under your own plan with your mobile carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any message will arrive.
Your privacy
Mobile numbers collected for SMS, and the consent records tied to them, are used only to send you the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Flat-fee products are paid up front and start when payment clears. Retainers and project work are billed under the signed agreement or statement of work, which sets the invoicing schedule and the notice period for ending the engagement.
Flat-fee products
- Strategy call ($99): fully refundable until the call takes place. Reschedule or cancel at any time before it.
- Search audit ($499): fully refundable until we begin the audit. Once the audit has been delivered it is not refundable, because the deliverable is the work.
- Boost implementation ($1,499): fully refundable until implementation begins. Once work has started, we refund the portion covering work not yet performed.
- Manage ($199/month): cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; we do not prorate partial months, and we do not bill again after you cancel.
Retainers and project work
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and either side may end the engagement on the notice stated in the signed agreement. Fees covering work already performed are not refundable. Advertising spend is passed through to the ad platforms at cost and is not refundable once spent.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the order. We respond within two business days and, where a refund applies, return it to the original payment method within ten business days.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not promise either. Results described in case studies were produced under specific conditions for specific clients and are not a prediction of what any other engagement will produce.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Growthr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the messaging program. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
When these terms change, the effective date above is updated. Continued use of the site, or continued participation in the messaging program, after a change means the updated terms apply.
