Work on growth at Growthr

We're a small senior team that embeds inside client companies and runs their growth end to end: paid media, creative, analytics, product. We hire people who can own a channel and defend the numbers behind it.

How the team works

Growthr is an embedded growth agency founded in 2021, based in San Francisco with a fully remote team, working with clients across the United States and internationally. Rather than managing accounts at arm's length, the team joins each client's Slack, standups, and tools and runs growth from the inside. The work spans B2C and B2B, with the deepest proof in fintech, music and entertainment, enterprise technology, gaming, and CPG: clients from seed-stage startups to Truebill, JPMorgan Chase through SaverLife, and Rockstar Games, plus B2B campaigns the team has run for Goldman Sachs and AWS.

That model shapes the job. You'll sit close to a client's product, finance, and leadership teams, see the numbers that matter to them, and be accountable for moving those numbers. Context compounds fast, and so does responsibility.

What we look for

Growth
Paid media operators
People who build measurement before spend, optimize to down-funnel CPA, and can explain every budget move.
Creative
Performance creatives
Writers, editors, and designers who ship on a weekly sprint cadence and read the results without flinching.
Data
Analytics and attribution
Tracking, pixels, dashboards, and the judgment to know when a number is lying.
Product & AI
Builders
Designers and engineers who turn a workflow bottleneck into a shipped tool, then teach a client team to run it.

Across all of it: ownership of an outcome rather than a task list, comfort working inside someone else's organization, and the ability to write clearly about what you did and why.
