Who we are
Growthr is a growth agency based in New York, United States. This policy covers the public website at growthr.com and its subpages. Questions about it go to [email protected].
What we collect automatically
When you visit the site, standard analytics and advertising tags load after the page renders. They collect device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, how you arrived, and interactions such as clicks and scroll depth. The tools currently in use are:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) for site traffic and performance measurement.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) for advertising measurement and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn) for advertising measurement and retargeting on LinkedIn.
- TikTok Pixel (TikTok) for advertising measurement on TikTok.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) for heatmaps and session replays, used to improve page usability.
- Leadfeeder (Dealfront) for company-level identification of business visitors based on IP address.
- Cloudflare for content delivery, security filtering, and privacy-preserving web analytics; Hostinger for web hosting. Both keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp) for security and operations.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
What you give us directly
If you book a call on /contact, the booking form is provided by Cal.com and collects the name, email address, and any notes you enter, plus the time you choose. If you email [email protected], we keep your message and contact details. We use this information to respond to you, prepare for the call, and, if we go on to work together, manage the engagement.
How we use information
- To measure how the site performs and which campaigns bring visitors.
- To run and measure advertising, including showing ads to people who have visited the site.
- To respond to inquiries and evaluate fit for an engagement.
- To keep the site secure and available.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, each acting on our behalf, or where required by law.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site continues to work without them. To limit ad personalization at the provider level, use Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, and LinkedIn Ad Settings. Google also offers a browser add-on that disables Google Analytics.
Retention
Analytics and advertising data is retained according to each provider's default retention settings. Inquiry emails and booking details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of the relationship and any period required for our records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] with your request and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date above is updated. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
