Advisory with Sean.
One call, or every month.
45 minutes, one on one with Growthr's founder, on whatever is in front of you: growth, AI, product, pricing, raising money, hiring. Your site and materials reviewed beforehand, a prioritized list of what to do next after. $250 a call, no retainer. If it is useful, we keep going on a cadence.
Too early for an agency.
Too important to guess.
At this stage the usual offers are a retainer you cannot afford yet, or free advice from someone who has never run the numbers. The call is 45 minutes with someone who has, applied to yours.
Pre-launch or first revenue
You have a product, some money, and a list of things people say you should try. You want to spend it once, in the right order, and know what a good result looks like before you start.
Under the retainer floor
Below roughly $20,000 a month in media, our embedded team is the wrong shape and we say so. The call gives you the same decisions without the team, at a price that fits the stage.
One decision in front of you
A raise, an AI feature, a pricing change, a first hire, a second opinion on your agency's plan. Sean pressure-tests it against what worked at Truebill, StellarFi, and Trim before the money goes out.
Not limited to marketing.
Growth is the usual reason people book. Bring whatever decides whether the business works; on a standing cadence we go through all of it.
Growth
Which channel gets the first dollar, the budget behind it, the offer and creative it needs, and the 90-day sequence with checkpoints.
AI and product
What to build, what to buy, and what an AI feature has to prove before it earns engineering time. Growthr ships these builds itself.
Raising money
Whether to raise, how much, the story the deck has to tell, and the traction numbers investors will actually read.
Pricing and positioning
What to charge, how to package it, and how to say what you do so the right buyer recognizes it in one line.
Hiring and team
Whether to hire, contract, or use an agency for each job, what the first marketing hire should be, and what to stop doing yourself.
Design and brand
What the site, the landing page, and the brand need before spend goes up, and what can wait until there is revenue to protect.
One call, or a standing cadence.
Every engagement starts with one call. Most stop there and run the list. Some keep going.
One call
45 minutes on the biggest question in front of you, with your site and materials reviewed beforehand. You leave with a prioritized list of what to do next. $250, paid on booking, nothing after.
Ongoing
The same call on a cadence, monthly or every two weeks, where we go through everything you are looking at: the numbers against last time's list, the next decision, the thing that came up on Tuesday. Set up on the first call. Start with one call.
The call starts at the problem
and ends with priorities.
Three questions
The biggest question you want answered, your current stage, and anything you want looked at beforehand: a deck, a landing page, your numbers. Sean reviews your site and whatever you send before the call.
The decisions
One on one, on Google Meet, starting with specific ideas instead of background. Whatever you brought: channel and budget, the raise, the AI feature, the hire, the price.
The prioritized list
What to do next, in order, with the numbers and the checkpoints attached. Yours to run with your team, an agency, or alone. If you want the next call, we set the cadence.
The judgment comes
from the work.

Sean Garschi, founder
Sean founded Growthr in 2021 in San Francisco. Before that he was the first growth hire at Truebill, which went on to a $1.3B exit to Rocket Companies. He runs Growthr's embedded team, its AI and data builds, and Growthr Labs, and he takes every advisory call himself. More at seangarschi.com.
Truebill
First growth hire at Series A. Scaled to 2.5M members before the acquisition by Rocket Companies.
Trim
Scaled to 2M+ users and a 1M+ user lifecycle program before the acquisition by OneMain Financial. Case study.
One flat fee.
$250 per call, paid when you book. That covers the 45 minutes, the review of your site and materials beforehand, and the prioritized list after. No retainer and no commitment after the call.
Ongoing advisory is the same call on a standing cadence, monthly or every two weeks, where we go through everything you are looking at. We set it up on the first call, and you can stop whenever the list is running itself.
If the call shows that the embedded team ($10,000 a month plus 10% of media, for companies spending roughly $20,000 a month or more) or Clipper is the right next step, you hear that on the call. If not, you have the list.
Pick a time.
Bring your numbers.
$250 books 45 minutes with Sean. Answer the three questions when you book, and the call starts at the problem.
The call, explained.
Is this a sales call?
No. The call is the product: 45 minutes of work on your business and a prioritized list you can run with anyone. If the embedded team or Clipper turns out to be the right next step, we say so on the call. If neither fits, the list still stands on its own, and there is no retainer or commitment after.
What can I bring to the call?
Anything that decides whether the business works: growth, AI and product, raising money, pricing and positioning, design, hiring. Growth is the usual reason people book, and the other topics come up on almost every call anyway.
What does ongoing advisory look like?
The same 45-minute call on a standing cadence, monthly or every two weeks. Each one starts with the numbers against last time's list, then the next decision, then whatever came up since. We set the cadence on the first call, and you stop whenever you want.
I came here for clipping. Why book this instead?
Clipper has no minimum budget, so it is always available. But clipping multiplies content and an offer that already work. Under roughly $10,000 a month, with no content library and no proven offer, the order of operations matters more than the channel. The call tells you whether clipping is your first dollar or your fifth, and what has to exist before it pays.
Who is on the call?
Sean Garschi, Growthr's founder, one on one. Bring a co-founder if you want; the call is yours.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. When you book, there is a field for anything you want reviewed beforehand: a deck, a landing page, screenshots of your analytics or ad accounts. Sean reads it before the call so the 45 minutes start with specific ideas.
What if my 90-day goal is unrealistic?
You hear that on the call, along with the number that is realistic from where you are and what it would take to reach the bigger one.
How is this different from a fractional CMO or the retainer?
Advisory is judgment without hands: the decisions, the list, and the checkpoints, executed by you or your team. The embedded retainer is the CMO plus the team that runs paid media, creative, and analytics every month, at $10,000 per month plus 10% of managed media, and it fits companies spending roughly $20,000 a month or more on media.

One call.
Then as many as you need.
Book the first one. If the list is enough, run it. If you want a second set of eyes every month, we set the cadence on the call.
