One team.One rate.Every channel.
A flat monthly retainer for the whole embedded team, plus 10% of the media we manage. One rate on every dollar, across every channel. No brackets, no tiers, no minimums to decode.
Book a Call →Two numbers. That's the whole thing.
Most of what we do doesn't scale with your ad budget. Strategy, creative, and analytics take the same senior team whether you spend $20k or $200k a month. So we price that team directly, and charge a flat rate on the media it runs.
Your embedded growth department. Strategy, creative production, deep analytics, and media operations. One team, working inside yours.
One rate on every dollar we manage, across every channel. For context, most agencies charge 10–20% for media management alone, with none of the above included.
The same 10% at every spend level. Nothing to decode, no effective-rate spreadsheet, no renegotiation as you scale.
Because the retainer is fixed, your blended cost falls every month you grow, without us quoting you a single bracket. We'll model your exact numbers together on a call.
At $100,000 in monthly media spend, your monthly total is $20,000.
Worked examples
| Monthly media spend | Retainer | Media operations (10%) | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|
| $20,000 | $10,000 | $2,000 | $12,000 |
| $50,000 | $10,000 | $5,000 | $15,000 |
| $100,000 | $10,000 | $10,000 | $20,000 |
| $250,000 | $10,000 | $25,000 | $35,000 |
Monthly total is the $10,000 retainer plus 10% of the media spend we manage. Media spend itself is billed by the platforms, not by us.

The fine print, in plain english.
What people ask on the first call.
Why a retainer plus a percentage, instead of just a percentage of spend?
Because most of our value has nothing to do with your ad budget. The same senior people build your creative, instrument your analytics, and set strategy whether you're spending $20k or $200k a month. Charging you a percentage for that work would mean underpricing it at low spend and overcharging at high spend. The base pays for the team; the 10% pays for the media operations that genuinely do scale.
What does the 10% actually cover?
Day-to-day media operations across every channel we run for you: campaign build and structure, bid and budget management, audience and placement testing, platform QA, and spend pacing. Most agencies charge 10–20% of spend for exactly this and nothing else. Ours is flat at 10%, and the team above it is already paid for.
What if we're spending less than $20k a month on media?
Then the embedded retainer probably isn't the right fit yet, and we'll say so. Start with Clipper (no retainer, pay only for verified views), the SEO and GEO ladder, or a standalone branding, web, email, or content project instead. Each is a real way to work with us at a fraction of the commitment, and it's how a lot of our clients started.
Is AI, data, and engineering included?
No, it's a separate add-on, scoped and priced per project, and it can attach to any engagement. We keep it modular on purpose so you're only paying for it when there's a specific problem worth pointing it at, rather than carrying it in the retainer forever.
Are SEO, web builds, email, or branding included?
No. The retainer covers strategy, paid media on every channel, creative, content strategy, analytics, attribution, and dashboards. SEO and GEO, website and landing-page design and build, email and lifecycle programs, content production, app store optimization, and branding and design are each sold separately, so you can buy exactly one of them without the retainer, or add them to it.
