Growthr is an embedded growth agency. The team joins a client's Slack, standups, and tools and runs paid media, creative production, analytics and attribution, and growth strategy for B2C and B2B companies. It also sells SEO and GEO, branding, web design and build, email and lifecycle, content, and AI engineering as standalone projects.
Who founded Growthr, and when?
Sean Garschi founded Growthr in 2021 and is its CEO. Before Growthr he was the first growth hire at Truebill, which Rocket Companies acquired for $1.3 billion.
Where is Growthr based?
San Francisco. The team is fully remote and works with clients anywhere.

Fintech is the deepest vertical (Truebill, Trim, StellarFi, SaverLife campaigns with JPMorgan Chase, Mastercard, and Wells Fargo), with further work in music, enterprise technology, gaming, and consumer subscription.
How many clients does Growthr take on?
A limited number of new clients each quarter, so the people who scope the work are the people who do it.
Does Growthr have an API or self-serve signup?
No. Growthr is a services business with no public API, self-serve signup, or developer platform. The free tools and the Growthr MCP server at mcp.growthr.com are the only self-serve products.
