20M views at a $2 CPM. Two releases, hundreds of clips.
CircoLoco Records, the Ibiza label Rockstar Games launched, brought Growthr two releases to seed across TikTok and Instagram. Clipper turned them into hundreds of unique clips posted from creators' own accounts, paid only on verified views.

Make a sound trend. Pay only for what lands.
A label does not need a video to go viral. It needs a sound to show up under thousands of other people's videos. That is a distribution problem, not a production one.
Two releases, one window
You Go EP and Float had to break at the same time, across deep house and Afro house audiences that live on culture pages, not label accounts.
Paid social does not do this
The same audiences cost several times more per thousand on paid social, and an ad from a label account does not make a sound trend.
No paying for posts
Budget had to go to views that cleared fraud review, not to posting fees or creators who never delivered.
One library. Hundreds of unique cuts.
How a Clipper campaign runs, on two releases.
- Step 01
Library and lanes
Release assets, live footage and key art curated into lanes with the label, so no two clips were the same edit and the platforms never downranked a duplicate.
- Step 02
Creator network briefed
Hundreds of vetted clippers and culture pages across the deep house and Afro house network took the brief and posted from their own accounts, each clip native to TikTok or Instagram.
- Step 03
Review, then scale
Every submission went through the review queue and bot detection before it earned a payout. The hooks that won got more budget; the rest were cut.
- Step 04
Float rides You Go
The second release launched on what the first one taught. You Go passed 16M views; Float carried the pair past 20M.
The two releases.
Artwork as it ran on the clips. Artist names are blurred on these copies.

What two releases returned.
Verified views only. Unspent budget went back to the label.
Paid-social CPMs for the same audiences run several times higher. The mechanic is the same for a launch, a product, or a category nobody understands yet: one strong source, hundreds of unique cuts, and payment only on views that clear fraud review.
